Wildeck Inc. Announces Top Management Changes
New Chairman and President signal aggressive growth for industry-leading manufacturer of material handling equipment
Waukesha, WI – March 2008 - Wildeck, Inc., the largest manufacturer of mezzanines, material lifts, and safety guarding products in North America, has announced top management changes that reflect the company’s continuing growth. Current president Ralph H. Laird announced his retirement after 29 years with the company and will assume the role of Chairman-of-the-Board, effective March 8, 2008.
Executive Vice President, Keith G. Pignolet, has been named President of Wildeck, Inc. and will lead the company forward in the introduction of new products and continued market growth. Pignolet joined Wildeck in 1986 and has served the company in a number of key strategic roles including Vice President of Sales and, most recently, Executive Vice President. In announcing his retirement, Laird stated that he will serve in an advisory role to new president, Keith Pignolet, during the interim.
Also effective March 8, 2008, Paul Mihelich has been promoted to Director of Sales and Hubert A. Schlegel has been promoted to Director of Marketing. Both Paul and Hue will report to the president.
